Programme content

The twelve-month programme makes you an expert in your field.

Individual procedure

During your trainee period, you will build your skills according to a development plan tailored specifically for you. In your operational department, in related units as well as in the business segment in which you will later assume your own responsibilities.

Foreign assignment

The possibility of a foreign assignment in one of our branches or representative offices in Strasbourg, Paris or Lyon is also an integral part of the programme.

Network

Various networking events complement the programme to promote your exchange and thus let you learn from the best.

Sponsorship

During the whole time, you will be supervised by your mentor in the department, the human resources development team as well as the respective units.

Skills development

In line with your development plan and your knowledge and experience, you will take part in a range of complementary technical and methodological seminars.

Project work

Right from the start, you will receive various forms of on-the-job training and work on current projects.

The programme at a glance

1st month

Start

You will gain insights into the subject areas and processes of your future field of work. You will get to know the bank’s strategy and familiarise yourself with the internal process. In addition, a personal development plan will be drawn up for you.
1st month

2nd to 10th month

Job shadowing, further training and project work

You will sit in on work in related departments such as front office or risk office, etc. You will also gain insights into various staff units. During this time, you will take part in various seminars to develop your methodological skills (agile working methods, project management, time and self-management) and professional skills, to name but a few things you will learn. You will be involved in the current project work and play a significant role in developing it.
2nd to 10th month

11th to 12th month

Specialisation phase

In the last two months you will specialise in your future subject area.
11th to 12th month

2. Profile: In addition to your personal details, please send your curriculum vitae, certificates and a letter of motivation. You can upload these documents in PDF format (max. 3 MB per attachment)

3. Confirmation: You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as we have received your application.

4. Selection: We will take the time to review your application individually and carefully. The amount of time we need depends on the number of applications as well as the coordination between our personnel managers and departments. We will keep you up to date!
