Das Berichtswesen bei einer wesentlichen Auslagerung ist im jeweiligen Rahmenvertrag der entsprechenden Dienstleistung vertraglich geregelt. Je nach Dienstleistung werden die Unterlagen zum Risikomanagement aktiv durch den jeweiligen Fachbereich verschickt oder in einem geschützten Bereich zum Download bereit gestellt.
