What you need for video identification
Your individual process number (available from your advisor)
Your photo ID (ID card or passport)
A stable internet connection
Desktop PC, smartphone, tablet (to fill out the online form; legitimation is not possible via PC)
How it works:
Have your identification document ready.
Enter your personal details in the online form.
Consent to recording and accept the terms and conditions of use.
Select the device with which you want to carry out the authentication (smartphone or tablet).
Follow the video advisor’s instructions to complete the process.
Images will be taken of you and of your identification document during the process.
At the end of the process, you will receive a TAN (transaction number) by SMS which you can use to confirm the process and complete the identification.
